Delivery options are determined during checkout using the products in your basket and the destination you enter. Please examine the available service, shipping charge and any taxes before paying; we do not infer coverage from a catalog page alone.

Preparation followed by transit

Following a successful payment authorization, usual order handling requires around 1–2 business days. The shipping journey after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 additional business days. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays, and neither estimate guarantees a specific arrival date.

Ensure your street address, unit, city and postal details are complete. Notify us quickly if a correction is needed. Once fulfillment is underway, an address amendment may no longer be practical.

Using tracking and reporting difficulties

Consult the tracking reference when one is supplied. A new parcel can take time to register on the carrier system. Peak demand, severe weather or service interruptions can affect progress.

Include the checkout email, order identifier and tracking number. Look around the delivery point and check with other recipients while we investigate.

Photograph any damage and retain the box and contents. Request assistance for problem goods within 30 calendar days from delivery, following the Refund Policy. We will explain the information and next steps relevant to your situation.
