Product information and purchase requests

Inspect the listing and selected variant or pack before ordering. We work to present accurate descriptions, prices and availability, but mistakes may need correction. Screen settings can affect the appearance of images. Required consumer protections continue to apply to any error or mismatch.

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An authorization of funds alone does not resolve acceptance of an unavailable item or an incorrectly described transaction. Review the USD total, taxes and delivery charges and retain relevant order communications.

Service policies

Read the Shipping Policy for processing, estimated transit and parcel enquiries. Problems with goods and the steps for authorized returns or refunds are addressed by the Refund Policy. Responsibility and available remedies remain subject to rights that law does not permit us to exclude.
